eSign on HSBCnet

We’re continuing to offer more features in HSBCnet to make it easier for you to bank with us. With eSign on Net (EON) you can now complete servicing requests digitally through HSBCnet, reducing the need for email chains, paper forms, branch visits and signatures.

For your accounts in Bermuda, you can now authenticate the following requests by using eSign on Net

  • Add signatories

  • Change of address

  • Change of billing details

  • Update contact details

  • Close an account

  • Change of company name*

  • Bankers’ certificate or reference

  • Update mandate signatories**

  • For any changes you make, you can receive live status updates in the Message Centre, advising you when the request is completed.
  • Choose your option of update alerts which will be sent to you in the way you want to receive them, such as email or SMS text.
  • Secure digital journey initiated in HSBCnet without the need for any paper documents or branch visits or signatures.
