Your rights are:
- The right to access personal information we hold about you, details of how we use your personal information and circumstances in which the personal information has been and is being disclosed. To get this information, complete the PIPA Access request form. You can send it to us at the address above, or hand it in at one of our branches. A fee of $200 BMD is payable to HSBC Bank Bermuda Limited (the “Bank”) in respect of this request for information, as per our fee schedule.
- You have the right to ask us to delete your personal information, however, in some circumstances we may not delete your personal information if we are entitled or required by law to retain it. To ask for this, complete the PIPA Erasure request form. You can send it to us at the address above, or hand it in at one of our branches.
